Background

Approximately 1,800 trainers and staff across dozens of locations needed mandatory safety training. Classroom attendance during business hours was impractical, and high staff turnover made learner management burdensome. After compliance completion, there was no reason to return to the platform, causing recurring MAU drops.

Solution
