Yes, a 4-week pilot for 50~100 users is available. During the pilot, site setup, content migration, and admin training are provided free as part of onboarding support. After the pilot, verify MAU, completion rate, and satisfaction before deciding on company-wide rollout.
There are no contract commitments. To cancel, simply provide written notice 30 days before service end. Even after contract termination, you can download your created content in HTML format — no vendor lock-in concerns.

Content created by clients can be downloaded in HTML format. Content copyright belongs to the client who created it — TouchClass only provides the authoring and distribution platform.
Copyright for content created by clients using the TouchClass editor is 100% owned by the client. As a content authoring and distribution platform, TouchClass only provides the tools and claims no rights over the content.

Windows, Mac, iOS, Android — all environments supported. Content viewing, progress sync, and all TouchClass features work identically regardless of device. Learning progress syncs in real-time across devices, so you can continue on mobile what you started on PC.
Search "TouchClass" on App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) to download. After installation, enter your company code and log in with admin-issued credentials. With custom app service, you can also deploy with your company-branded icon and app name.
Multiple login methods are available:
- Direct login — Email (ID) + password
- SSO integration — Auto-login via company portal/groupware account
- Invite link — Click admin-sent link to register and log in

We provide manuals, and with 1~2 hours of editor training, you can easily create content. The editor includes 8 AI authoring tools (AI text generation, AI image generation, AI translation, spell check, etc.) that significantly reduce content creation time. Copy/paste clipboard and 15 keyboard shortcuts are also supported.

Output targets can be set to admin only, admin + all members, or admin + selected groups. Performance is analyzed with 5 metrics: views, likes, learning conversion rate, and more.
14 languages are supported. Use the AI translation feature in the editor to auto-translate content into your selected language. A global F&B enterprise uses this feature to run manager training across 6 countries. The UI itself supports 5 languages including Korean and English.
An AI chatbot that auto-responds based on learning content. When learners ask questions, it finds answers from related content. Chatbot usage statistics are also available on the admin dashboard. An AI tool that enables admins to quickly generate content. Auto-composes learning content with minimal input — just text, images, or keywords. Unlike the standard editor, it operates in simplified mode so admins with no content creation experience can use it easily.

Only 1 primary admin account is provided. However, up to 10 sub-admin accounts can be created, with 16 categories of granular permissions (member management, course management, content management, analytics access, etc.) individually configurable by role.

Course settings consist of 4 areas: basic info, content structure, learning settings, and learner management.

- Rankings — Auto-ranking by points, filterable by period/group
Gamification is managed in 4 states: scheduled, active, correction period, and ended.
Both auto-award and manual assignment are supported. Auto-award accumulates configured points for learning activities (9 course activities, 9 TouchTogether activities). Manual assignment is available in 3 methods:
- Per member — Individual point allocation
- Per group — Bulk allocation by department/team
- CSV bulk — Bulk allocation via Excel file
Negative values can be entered for point deduction.
Set badge goals and they are auto-awarded when learners achieve them. Bonus points can also be configured upon badge achievement. Frames are profile decoration elements, auto-awarded upon goal achievement like badges.

Note: Badge goals cannot be modified after creation. Deleting a badge already earned by learners removes it from those learners, but point rewards are retained. Recommended image size: 500×500px.
Rankings are auto-aggregated by points and viewable in real-time on the learner app. Filter by period (daily/weekly/monthly/all) or group (department/team). Admins can toggle ranking display settings on/off. Ranking data, point history, and post activity can be downloaded as CSV.
Yes. Enter negative values to deduct points. CSV bulk processing can adjust multiple users' points at once. Full badge/frame reset feature is available at gamification end. Set a correction period for score adjustments during that window.

Broadcasting is available for up to 4 hours. Auto-terminates when time exceeds. Broadcasting follows a 5-step process (channel creation → encoder setup → broadcast screen setup → start → end). Stream info must be entered in the encoder (OBS Studio, etc.) within 10 minutes of issuance.
An encoder program is required for broadcasting. We recommend the free program OBS Studio. Create a channel on the TouchClass admin dashboard to receive a stream key and server URL — enter these in OBS Studio to start broadcasting.

Two streaming latency options:
- Standard latency (15~20sec) — For general lectures
- Low latency (5~10sec) — For interactive sessions
Yes. 3 chat settings are available:
- Disabled — Chat deactivated
- Everyone can chat — Both admins and learners participate
- Admin-only chat — Only admins can send messages
Push messages can be sent before broadcast to encourage viewing. If the encoder stops and the admin doesn't end it, it auto-terminates after 10 minutes.
Yes. When admins enable replay settings, learners can watch past broadcasts. Admins can download the following from past broadcasts:
- Broadcast video — Full recording file
- Chat history — Text file
- Attendee list — Viewer list
Broadcast history is retained even after deleting a channel. Note: Channel info cannot be modified during a live broadcast.

An SNS-style board. Create topics and share posts, comments, hashtags, and attachments within them. Configure categories and tags per topic and manage display order. A major P&C insurer averages 3,000 daily learners with 12,000 monthly posts, and a major logistics company logged 317 field posts in their communication board.
Yes. Choose between anonymous/standard types when creating a topic. Anonymous topics display "Anonymous" instead of author names. Private post settings are also available so admin-only posts can be created. Note: topic type (anonymous/standard) cannot be changed after initial setup, so choose carefully.
3 permissions can be set independently per group (department/team):
- Read posts — Post viewing permission
- Write posts — Post creation permission
- Write comments — Comment creation permission
Use the "Apply same as read permission" option for convenient bulk configuration. Admin email notifications, attachment download permissions, and common post templates can also be individually configured per topic.
